Accommodations

Room blocks are available at the Snow King Resort or The Virginian Lodge.  When making reservations make sure to identify yourself as an IMSS attendee to receive the group rate.

P.A.C.E. Credits

P.A.C.E. Credit will be paperless this year at IMSS. In addition to saving on paper, this means no long lines at the end of the day, or the end of the week, to get your P.A.C.E sticker.

At the end of each continuing education session attendees will be provided with a session number that they will record on the provideed P.A.C.E. document. After the conference attendees will then go online to the ASCLS website at http://www.ascls.org to enter the information on the sessions attended and to print their P.A.C.E. certificates. Instructions will be provided when you check in at the registration desk in Jackson.

Session Handouts

As part of our effort to go paperless, paper handouts will NOT be provided for the 2010 IMSS meeting. Attendees will need to print handouts prior to the meeting and bring them with them.

A user name and password will be required for printing conference materials and will be provided a few weeks prior to the meeting to allow plenty of time for printing.

Social Functions

Plan on spending Wednesday evening in the exhibit hall for hors d’oeuvres and cash bar with the exhibitors.  Costume contest for exhibitors and registrants will be held at this event. Come enjoy “The Party of the Decades” on Friday evening. Visit the Social Functions page for more details!
